4 DISCIPLINES

of WORK COVERED BY US

1. ThermograPhy - INFRA RED THERMAL IMAGING

Thermal imaging has emerged as an essential predictive maintenance technology, effectively identifying variations that can lead to equipment failure. These variations are invisible to the naked eye and would otherwise pass unnoticed. Through regular inspection , issues can be highlighted before damage occurs, minimizing production losses and damage to plant and equipment.

2. SPECTRAL VIBRATION MONITORING

Spectral vibration monitoring is used as a predictive maintenance tool to assist in continuity of production for clients' rotating machinery. Monitoring and analyzing the vibration characteristics of a machine gives us a unique understanding of overall equipment health, identifying potential problems before significant down time.

3. ULTRASONIC TESTING - AIR ENERGY AUDIT

It has been estimated that energy accounts for 75% of the total cost associated with a simple compressed air system and according to the US Department of Energy, air leaks comprise 25-35%* of average system waste. Through ultrasonic testing and monitoring, we are able to report on unsafe or malfunctioning electrical equipment, loose drive equipment, and energy lost through compressed air, steam or vacuum leaks. *Statistics taken from "Hear More" by Thomas Murphy. 4. MOTOR CIRCUIT TESTING

Motor circuit and electrical testing is integral to evaluating the integrity of the electrical reticulation system and plant machinery on your site. With our test equipment we can ascertain the fault potential of switchboard components, and calculate wiring line impedances and potential fault currents. Plant machinery requires regular Motor Circuit Testing to ascertain its operating condition. Regular inspection of switch boards improves reliabilty.
